There is a Further Affidavit of Ms Sharmila Sankar. This was affirmed on 7th August 2018. I have seen the statements, undertakings and assurances in paragraph 3 of this Affidavit. These are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

I have also separately met with the minor, Nandita and ascertained her preferences and views. She is about 13 years old 8th August 2018
901-MAPP1-18.DOC today and she is quite clear that she wishes to finish schooling from JB Petit High School for Girls.

Having regard to the apprehension expressed in the Petition, I will make the Application absolute in terms of prayer clause 8(a), subject to one direction that follows, and an acceptance of Ms Shankar's undertakings.

The Miscellaneous Application is disposed of in these terms. There will be no order as to costs.

A final direction is required. Having regard to some of the averments in the Application, this entire record is to be sealed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master. It is not to be opened except: (a) Under an order of a Court; or (b) On an application by the Petitioner; or (c) On an application by the minor, Nandita, after she attains the age of 21.
