By this IA, the applicant-plaintiff seeks to implead the legal heirs of deceased defendant no.3. Mr. Parekh states that affidavit-of-service dated 5 th April 2021 is now ready for filing. He has produced the original in court. The same has been returned to him for filing in the registry. 2.

Mr. Parekh's attempt at service has been acknowledged by the respondents. Respondents are absent on call.
