In the instant matter, amount is deposited with the Department in Land Acquisition Reference No. 36/1968.

Mr. Vrajesh K. Patel is Administrator of Respondent and obtained Grant dated 28.02.2016 in Testamentary Petition No. 365/1981. After Grant, amendment includes amount lying with the Department i.e. Rs. 7,68,200/-.

Report is received from the Appeal Department that no appeal is pending.

In view of this position, the Respondent is entitled to receive amount.

Hence, Department is directed to get the amount realized and get it transferred to the account of Register (O.S)/ Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay and transfer amount of Rs. 7,68,200/- alongwith interest in favour of Mr. Vrajesh K. Patel i.e.

Administrator of late Respondent.
