Heard the counsel for Applicant and also considered the affidavit in support. For reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 2.

Applicant to give a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) as cost to the Official Liquidator and this shall be paid within one week from today.

If this amount is not paid, the Liquidator to ignore the 1/2
