The Suit is settled. I have separately today allowed a Chamber Summons for a formal amendment. Consent Terms are tendered. These are signed by the authorised representatives of the Plaintiff and by the Deputy Manager of the State Bank of India, newly added defendant No.1A.

I have seen the Consent Terms which are also signed by the Advocates for the parties. The Consent Terms are in order. They are not contrary to law. I am satisfied that the parties have drawn up the Consent Terms of their own volition in reflection of their true understanding.

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked for 'X"
identification with today's date. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court. The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. Refund of the Court Fees, if any, in accordance with the rules. The drawn up order/decree is dispensed with.
