A perusal of the minutes of the meeting of the arbitral tribunal dated 8th January,2018 indicates that both the parties are agreeable for extension of time to enable the arbitral tribunal to render an award within the extended period. The minutes of the meeting are taken on record. By consent of parties, time to make an award is extended by six months from 15th January,2018. The parties are directed to co-operate with each other and with the learned arbitrator in disposing of the arbitration proceedings and to make an award within the extended period. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. Arbitration petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
