By this application, the applicant-original respondent seeks condonation of delay in depositing arrears of compensation with the Court Receiver in respect of property of which the Court Receiver stands appointed. As on date of the application, arrears upto February 2021 amounted to Rs.2,00,000/-. Leave is sought Digitally signed by SANDHYA BHAGU WADHWA Date:

to pay the amount and continue to pay sum of Rs.10,000/- from March 2021 onwards. Statement of the respondent that further amounts due and payable will be paid without default is accepted.

2. Today the learned counsel for the applicant states that the arrears upto July is ready for payment but the respondent is waiting for delay to be condoned. On behalf of the respondent-original petitioners, the learned counsel has no objection to delay being condoned. Accordingly I pass the following order; (i) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay is condoned.

(ii) IA is disposed in the above terms.
