After this writ petition was heard for some time, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition, but with liberty to approach a Competent Court to seek a declaration that the Petitioners are lawful tenants of the premises, which are subject matter of the order passed by the Administrative General, Maharashtra State.

We grant leave to withdraw the petition. It stands disposed of with liberty as prayed. The Competent Court shall decide the issue and the claim for declaration uninfluenced by

2 of 2 WP.656.2014 the order passed either by the Administrative General dated 7 September 2012 or the impugned order in this writ petition. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
