The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Disputes arose between the parties under a Deed of Admission in Partnership Firm dated 1st April 2010. By an order dated 1st April 2016, an advocate of this court was appointed as the sole arbitrator. He entered upon the reference to his arbitration shortly thereafter and the matter proceeded before him. 2.
The arbitral proceedings have now reached the stage of final arguments by the parties. The extended arbitral mandate ended on 30th January 2020.

Having regard to these circumstances, I am extending the arbitral mandate from 30th January 2020 until 30th June 2020 to complete the arbitral proceedings.
