Ms.Shah appearing for applicants/plaintiffs states that copy of this chamber summons has been served upon the proposed defendants. Ms. Shah states that since defendant No.2 is in liquidation, proposed defendants, who are similar to the official liquidator, has to be brought on record. An affidavit of one Ram Thakur affirmed on 10th April 2018 is on record confirming service. It appears that service on was effected on 21st February 2018.
