The parties have settled their disputes. Consent Terms are tendered. These are signed by the Manager (Legal) and Constituted Attorney of the Decree Holder and the 2nd Defendant as a partner of the 1st Defendant. The Advocates for the parties have also signed.

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "C1" for identification with today's date. Clause 2(b) provides for payment in instalments. The last of these is due on 28th February 2019. There 31st August 2018

907-EXA1000-14.DOC are other provisions in clauses (c) and (d). All undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court. 3.

I am satisfied that the Consent Terms are in order and are not contrary to law. Given the fact that there are provisions for payment of instalments, I will not dispose of the Execution Application but adjourn the matter.

List the matter for directions on the main board on 4th March 2019.

A scanned copy of the Consent Terms will be uploaded in this matter as Order No. 2 in today's date.
