Heard. The learned counsel for the claimant submits that they have forwarded a copy of notice along with Execution Application to the Respondent by registered post. To that effect she has filed Affidavit of service dated 20.11.2017. 2.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the claimant and as the present notice is under Order XXI Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for allowing the claimant to proceed with the Execution Application to execute the award dated 29.05.2010 and the averments made in the affidavit in support of the Execution Application, I am satisfied that the claimant has made out a case for allowing the notice.

a.

Notice filed by the claimant for exeuction of the award dated 29.05.2010 is allowed.

b.

The claimant can proceed with the Execution of the award according to law.
