I have today separately passed an order in Guardianship Petition No. 3 of 2011. For the reasons set out in that order, the present Indian Adoption Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read as follows: "(a) That the Petitioners be declared as adoptive parents of the minor Girl Miss Zahra and they be declared as her natural parents in place of her original parents;

(b) That the Municipal corporation be directed to issue an appropriate birth certificate showing the names of Petitioners as the parents of Miss Zahra;"

Further, as in the case of Guardian Petition and for the same reasons, on the application of the Petitioners' Advocate, certified
