In paragraph 22 of the plaint the suit claim is valued at Rs.1 crore. The counter claim filed is also less than Rs.1 crore. Therefore, the suit as well as the counter claim be transferred to the City Civil Court. The registry to ensure that the papers to be transferred to the City Civil Court within four weeks from today. Since this is a suit of the year 1991, i.e., almost 25 years, the City Civil Court is requested to dispose of the matter at the earliest. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.) Gauri Gaekwad
