Since the dispute is settled between the parties, learned counsel appearing for the original petitioner has no objection if the company application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Statement is accepted. Company application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 2.
Mr.Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the claims received by the office of the Official Liquidator pursuant to advertising the petition are also settled by the petitioner and as on today there are no other claims against the respondent company in liquidation. Statement is accepted. The applicant is
kvm 2/2 902-CAL49.17 directed to pay a cost of Rs.25,000/- to the Official Liquidator which shall be used for the office expenses of the Official Liquidator's office and shall be credited to the said account.

All authorities including the Official Liquidator and Registrar to act on the authenticated copy of the order.
