Learned Counsel for the Defendant tenders an additional reply to the Notice of Motion.

There is a Chamber Summons taken out in the present suit, which seeks to amend the plaint and the Notice of Motion. Learned Counsel for the Defendant has no objection to the Chamber Summons being allowed, subject to keeping all the rights and contentions of the parties open. Accordingly, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
