The Report is in regard to an order dated 14th February 2012. The Court Receiver was appointed as a Receiver of the suit flat by that order. On 18th September 2012 the suit itself was disposed of before SJ Kathawalla J on Consent Terms being filed. Those Consent Terms apparently did not provide for discharge of the Court Receiver. The present Report seeks that order of discharge. 2.

In view of this, the Court Receiver's Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
