1st March 2018 PC:- 1.
I am unable to understand why the Court's time should be consumed in handling applications for impleadment of legal heirs. This is surely work that is capable of being dealt with at the Registry. 2.
The Prothonotary and Senior Master to issue appropriate directions that all applications for bringing legal heirs on record etc will be taken up by the Registry on a separate board and will not be placed before a Court unless there is sufficient reason. 1st March 2018
928-CHS100-18.DOC 3.

4.
Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today without need of reverification.
