The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner that now subsists is about nonpayment of salary and allowances for the period the petitioner was relieved till the period the order of transfer is set aside. The said period is of 10 (ten) months, according to the petitioner. 2.
The order of transfer was cancelled by the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC). The petitioner may make a representation with the GRC about the salary for the period from which the petitioner was relieved till the cancellation of the order by the GRC (10 months' period as claimed by the petitioner). The GRC may take a decision upon the same after considering the case of the petitioner and the respondents, expeditiously, preferably within 4 (four) months from the date the petitioner approaches the GRC.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
