WPL 248.19.doc Authority (MMRDA) submits that so far no proposal is forwarded by MMRDA to Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) in respect of any action, including steps to terminate/cancel the agreement in respect of the Petitioner. Secondly, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2 - MHADA submits that so far no proposal of whatsoever nature is received from MMRDA and in case any proposal is received, the MHADA Authorities will apply their mind to take appropriate decision.

Since we dispose of the Petition as not necessary at this stage, we do not express any opinion on the rival contentions including that of powers of these authorities. 4.
