Learned counsel to the Petitioner states that he has instruction from the Petitioner to state that the secured asset i.e. Flat No.19, 3rd Floor, Jai Jalaram Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Plot No.204, Survey No. 842, Wadala (West) Mumbai 400031, shall be handed over to the Respondent-bank. The learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Respondent-bank state that the Petitioner and the representative of the Respondent-bank shall remain present at the site of the said flat on Monday 26th March 2018 1 / 2
