The Court Receiver's Report No. 22 of 2019 seeks an extension of two weeks. The Report is made absolute. However, time is extended by a period of four weeks from today since the 1st Defendant is unavailable and is travelling overseas for a few days. 2.

In the meantime, Mr Jagtiani for the Plaintiffs requests for a copy of the statement of costs tendered on the last occasion by the DRT- appointed Receiver, M/s Thakkar Auctioneers and Realtors Pvt Ltd. Mr Jagtiani's Attorneys are at liberty to take an ordinary copy from the Court records.
