By Praecipe bearing today's date, the learned Advocate for the Plaintiff has sought copy of Remediation Report filed by FTI on 22nd August 2023 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 3rd April 2023. It is mentioned that the Remediation Report may be 1/2

I have perused the averments in the praecipe as well as order dated 3rd April 2023, which had directed FTI to file a report of compliance of deletion of the Applicant's confidential information from the devices in the possession of the Applicant. An email dated 22nd August 2023 has been sent by FTI to the Court Receiver of this Court wherein they have confirmed that the FTI has filed the Report of Neutral Technical Expert pertaining to secure deletion of the Applicant'

s confidential information ("Remediation Report") with the office of the Court Receiver.

Accordingly, the Court Receiver is directed to provide copies of the Remediation Report to the Plaintiff and the Defendant at their costs.

Praecipe is accordingly, disposed of.
