The Court Receiver is to deliver possession of the suit flat No. 503, Pearl Residency, Prabhadevi, along with the car parking space to the Applicants/Petitioners. The Court Receiver stands discharged without passing any accounts. His costs, charges and expenses will be paid by the Petitioners within a period of two weeks from today.
