Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. He submits that a copy of the petition has been served on respondent No.1 directly though the relief is claimed against respondent No.2. He served the copy of the petition on Mr Nalawade, Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 in the Court.

The only relief claimed by the petitioner is to direct respondent No.1 to act on the inquiry report. This is the only relief claimed by the petitioner. Hence, the petition can be conveniently disposed off by directing respondent no.1 who is supposed to act on the inquiry report within a period of 12 weeks. With these directions, the petition is disposed of. Liberty to apply.
