When the matter was listed on 09.09.2019, none had appeared on behalf of the Plaintiffs. Even earlier, namely, on 14.02.2019, none had appeared on behalf of the Plaintiff in Notice of Motion No.1006 of 2013 and which was dismissed for want of prosecution. In these circumstances, the matter was placed on board today under the caption for dismissal. 2.

Even today when the matter is called out, none have appeared on behalf of the Plaintiff. It appears from the conduct of the Plaintiff that they are not interested in prosecuting the present suit. The suit is therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
