The learned Counsel for the parties state that the purpose of filing the petition stands served as during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner is permitted to join the Grant Medical College. Since the petitioner is permitted to join the Grant Medical College from today, the period of 3 weeks during which the petitioner could not attend the College for no fault of hers, should be excluded while considering her attendance.
