Mr. More states that Respondent No. 1 Mr. Vitthal Hanmantrao More, Respondent No.2 Mr. Avdesh Bhavaniprasad Mishra and Respondent No. 3 Mrs. Reshma Rahim Attar have been served way back in February, 2014 as per affidavit of service of Ms. Samidha S. Barde affirmed on 3rd May, 2014. The packets sent to these three Respondents have been returned unserved.
