Learned Counsel Mr. Parvinder Sethi appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in view of subsequent development that the petitioner has received vacant possession of Room No.202 in building No.3, Prabhadevi SRA Co-op. Housing Society Ltd., Mumbai 25, on 20/02/2020, he received instructions from his client not to press the present writ petition and the same is to be withdrawn. To that effect, he has given in writing. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The same is accepted. 3.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as V.B.Gokhale
