Having regard to the reliefs sought vide prayer clauses (i) to (v), the same cannot be granted by us in our writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The learned counsel for the Petitioner however states that the Appeal filed by the Petitioner, a copy of which is annexed to the above Writ Petition at Exhibit J, be directed to be disposed of within a particular time frame. It is disclosed from the papers that the Appeal is of the year January 2012. We therefore direct the learned Charity Commissioner or the Officer subordinate to him who is assigned the said Appeal to hear and decide the said Appeal latest by 31/12/2017 on its own merits and in lgc

(9) wp-3063.16 accordance with law, if already not decided. With the aforesaid directions, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
