Ms. Dey, counsel for defendants states that there is a chamber summons taken out by defendants bearing lodging no.400 of 2016 for taking the written statement on record. Mr. Parikh states that this chamber summons from the website noting appears to have been dismissed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay. Ms. Dey states that the written statement has been declared on 27th August 2015 and therefore, prays that the written statement be taken on record. Gauri Gaekwad
