The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been paid the salary from 17th October, 2016 to 31st January, 2017. The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on instruction submits that further salary from February, 2017 till completion of the inquiry will be paid regularly to the Petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in this Petition. The Petition stands disposed of as such.
