Pursuant to order dated 20 th January 2022, Mr. Iyer appearing on behalf of original defendant nos.7 to 14 in IA/394/2021 states that if written statement on behalf of the said defendants being taken on record, he has instructions not to press IA/1562/2021. Mr. Kakalia is agreeable to this course of action. In view thereof, Mr. Iyer states that he will ensure that the written statement is lodged in the registry on 29 th January 2022.

In view of the above, I pass the following order :- (i) By consent, Interim Application No.394 of 2021 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

(ii) Written Statement shall be filed in the registry not later than 29 th January 2022.

(iii) If written statement is not filed within the stipulated time, the Suit shall be transferred to the list of undefended suit as against defendant nos.7 to 14. (iv) Interim Application No.1562 of 2021 is disposed as not pressed.

(v) Both the Interim Application are disposed in the above terms.
