1. Mr. Shenai is a party in person. His grievance is that several attempts have been made to recover the amounts due to him under the decree. An attachment has been levied. The warrant of attachment issued indicates that the plaintiffs claimed a sum of Rs.8,13,178/- along with interest at the rate of 15% p.a. Mr. Shenai states that he has issued several notices. However, notice of today's hearing has been served by e-mail upon the defendant through their Chairman and other officers. He states that he is Digitally signed by SANDHYA BHAGU WADHWA Date:

entitled to press for and seeks an order for enforcement of the decree.

2. None appears for the defendants. The cause title indicates that the defendant is a Government of India Undertaking. In the circumstances, I pass the following order;

(i) Issue notice to the Additional Solicitor General to ensure that the defendant is represented on the next date. (ii) S.O. to 9 th August, 2021.
