Pursuant to the order dated 19th September, 2017 passed by this Court, the Registry of this Court had forwarded the notice along with the copy of the said order upon the plaintiff's in Suit No.1928 of 1995 at two address i.e. Avitek Services Private Limited, De Joss, A/752, Ice Factory Rd., Off Hill Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai 400 050 and also at address of Ace Centre, 2nd Floor, 779, 5th Road, Khar (West), Bombay. Both the envelops are however returned by the postal authority with remark 'address could not be located'.

Learned counsel appearing for the defendant in Suit No.1928 of 1995 invited my attention to the Company/LLP Master Data dated 16th November,2017 in respect of the plaintiff and would submit that the registered office of the plaintiff is De Joss, A/752, Ice Factory Rd., Off Hill Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai 400 050.

The erstwhile advocate who was representing the plaintiff has took discharge of the matter. None appeared for the plaintiff. 4.

Suit No.1928 of 1995 is accordingly dismissed for default. (R.D.DHANUKA, J.)
