By this chamber summons, the applicant seeks impleadment of the applicant and also his two sisters described in the chamber summons who are the legal heirs and representatives of the deceased (original petitioner) on record.

Learned counsel appearing for Mrs.Priti Paresh Majmudar and Mrs.Shruti Umesh Mehta states that her clients have no objection if they are impleaded as parties in place of the original petitioner along with the applicant herein. She also states that her clients have no objection if the delay in filing chamber summons is condoned and the order of abatement, if any, is set aside. Statements are accepted.

Chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the testamentary petition shall be served upon the newly added parties within one week from the date of carrying out amendment. No order as to costs.
