None present. The Petitioner and his Advocate were also not present on previous occasions on 27th January 2014, 24th March 2014 and 5th January 2015. In fairness, the Petitioner's Advocate seems to have been present on 15th April 2014. On that date the Petitioner was directed to file an appropriate proceeding for having the missing person declared dead. Nothing seems to have been done in the matter.
