Heard the counsels and also considered the affidavit in support. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, the notice of motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and accordingly stands disposed. The counsel for defendant nos. 1 and 2 states that they will lodge the written statement in the registry by 19th October 2016. The registry to accept the same and take the same on record subject to removal of office objection, if any.
