By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 12.11.2016 issued by respondent No.1. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they received a letter dated 31.01.2017 from respondent No.1 stating that they withdrew the attachment order dated 12.11.2016. He submits that in view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. 4.

Hence the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
