Mr.Gelye for the petitioners states that the application is for condonation of a delay of almost six years and for restoring the petition that came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections. Mr.Gelye states that within three weeks from today, they will have all office objections removed.

In view of this statement, the petition is restored to file. The notice of motion accordingly disposed.

It is made clear that if the office objections are not removed within three weeks from today, the petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and no application for restoration and/or for extension will be entertained.
