The learned counsel appearing for the appellant stated that the appellant has filed Writ Petition No.28561/2017 challenging the orders-in-original dated 30th October 2012 and 31st July 2012 respectively. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw these appeals with liberty to prosecute the said petition on merits.

Accordingly, both the appeals are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. All contentions on merit in the writ petition are kept open.
