The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Disputes arose between the parties under a Unit Franchise Agreement and Limited Liability Partnership Agreement dated 1st June 2015 and 23rd March 2016 respectively. On 2nd November 2017, this Court appointed a sole arbitrator to decide these disputes. He entered upon the reference to his arbitration shortly thereafter, and the matter proceeded before him. 2.
The Arbitral mandate ended on 6th December 2019 and the arbitral proceedings have reached the stage of final arguments. 27th February 2020

Having regard to these circumstances, I am extending the arbitral mandate from 6th December 2019 until 30th April 2020 to complete the arbitral proceedings.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
