Called out for final hearing. By order dated 17th June 2015, the Prothonotary and Senior Master was directed to reconstruct the files. On that date, none appeared for the Petitioner. When the Petition was listed before the Master and Assistant Prothonotary(Judicial) on 27th August 2015 none appeared for the Petitioner. Notice was issued to the Advocate for the Petitioner on 01st September 2015. The notice is returned unserved.

None appears for the Petitioner. We dismiss the petition for non-prosecution. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs.
