The present motion is made in the petitions disposed of by a Division Bench (Coram : Shantanu Kemkar and Prakash D. Naik, JJ) on 03.02.2017.

The Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had appeared on 17.02.2017. They want to submit some more documents before respondent No.1. The petitioner would submit necessary documents and their additional representation on 10.03.2017. 4.

Learned AGP submits that within 3 days after further appearance of petitioner on 10.03.2017, respondent No.1 would pass appropriate orders. The last extension of Form No.15 is operative till 1/2

(905) WP 271-17 04.03.2017 and respondents would take necessary steps in view of the postponement of the date.

We perused the order passed by the Division Bench on 03.02.2017. Considering the submissions of the petitioner and respondents, we clarify that the petitioner would appear on 10.03.2017 and within 3 days thereafter the Competent Authority shall decide the petitioner's representation.
