Mr. Velar accepts that the default in removing office objections is that of his office. He agrees that he will pay an amount of Rs. 7,500/- as costs to the Maharashtra Legal Services Authority. The costs are to be paid within one week from today. On these costs being paid as condition precedent, the Petition is restored to file. 3.
All office objections to be removed on or before 26th August 2016. There will be no further extension. In default of either payment of costs or removal of office objections within the time granted, the Petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and it will not be restored thereafter.
