Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. The Writ Petition filed by the Applicant has been dismissed for non-prosecution by the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master in exercise of the powers under Rule 986 of the Original Side Rules.

In view of the averments made in the affidavit in support, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). We make it clear that on the failure of the Applicant to remove all office objections within the extended period of 4 weeks from today, the order of dismissal of the Petition shall stand.
