The learned counsel for the petitioners has handed over the consent minutes of order, signed by the advocates for the parties as also advocate for the proposed respondent Nos.2 to 4. The petitioners wish to add the respondent Nos.2 to 4, in order to comprehensively settle the disputes between the parties.

The consent minutes of order are taken on record and marked 'X'. The amendment is allowed in the interest of justice. The amendment be carried 1/2

The petitioners and respondent Nos.1 to 4 have executed the consent terms with documents annexed thereto, recording in detail, as to the manner in which, the parties have settled their inter se disputes. The consent terms are signed by the advocates for the parties and the authorized representatives of the respective parties.

The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'Y'. They appear to be in order. The undertakings given in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court. Parties are directed to abide by their respective obligations as per the consent terms.

The petition is disposed of, as per the consent terms. A soft copy of the consent terms shall be uploaded as second order in the matter. A hard copy of duly signed consent terms shall be retained in the record and shall not be sent for destruction in the usual course. 6.
Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of in view of the disposal of the petition.

It is pointed out that an application bearing Commercial Arbitration Application No.6 of 2021, filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for appointment of arbitrator, is also on board today.
