This chamber summons is for leave to amend the plaint as per the schedule annexed thereto. The counsel appearing for the defendants has no objection.

In view thereof and in view of the averments contained in the affidavit in support, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment to be carried out and the amended plaint to be served upon the defendants within two weeks from today. The defendants, should they wish to file any additional written statement, they may do so within two weeks from receiving a copy of the amended plaint.
