By consent, Mr JP Avasia is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator in relation to the dispute between the parties arising out of the Contribution Agreement at Exhibit "B" to this Petition. The present Petitioners will be the claimants in the Arbitration. 2.
The Petitioners undertake to file Mr Avasia's statement of disclosure within one week from today. Both sides confirm that they have no objection to his appointment. They have agreed on his appointment.

Liberty to the parties to make an application for interim reliefs under Section 17 before Mr. Avasia. He is requested to dispose of 2nd February 2017
913-ARBPL-121-2017.DOC this application for interim reliefs, if possible, within four months of it being filed before him. The Petitioners will also be at liberty to make an application for ad interim reliefs.

The reference to his arbitration will be the date when he holds a first meeting with the parties and no earlier. 5.
It is clarified that the arbitration will only be between Petitioners and Respondents Nos. 1 and 2. The Claimants and Respondents in the arbitration will bear the costs equally including the arbitrator's fees.

The Petition is disposed of in these terms.
