Tere is an ad-interim order dated 29th January 2016 which was continued on 23rd February 2016. There is no Affidavit in Reply, although the Defendants have entered appearance. 2.

The ad-interim order dated 29th January 2016 is confirmed as the final order on the Notice of Motion. In addition, there will also be an order in terms of prayer clause (c) in relation to the cause of action in passing off.

The Notice of Motion is made absolute in these terms with costs. In addition, the Plaintiffs will be entitled to recover the actual 11th August 2016
